When should I call an International Mover?

When Should I call My Mover

The earlier, the better! Although the actual fleet dispatch assignment may not be made until a few days before your international move, it's a good idea to give us one to four weeks notice, if possible. The more lead time you can give, the more likely we will be able to meet your preferred pick up date.

As soon as you know that you're going to be moving overseas, contact your international moving company.

All International movers for their standard service, require flexibility with alternate pickup and delivery dates. You will be notified in advance of the loading date for your Household goods and of the estimated date of arrival overseas.

You should contact your international mover approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to your intended date of departure from the U.S Territories. This will allow sufficient time to confirm documentation requirements, pre-book international transportation services and pre-advise the destination agent of your international shipment.
